I deactivated and I’m still getting the Manual Activation Required screen.

If you have the deactivation code, you can send the deactivation code and your license key to support@jollytech.com. With that information, we can push your deactivation through, opening your license up to use the automatic activation. As long as you have a valid deactivation code, you do not need to fill out the form or maintain a support plan.

If you are running an off-the-grid installation, you can send the hardware ID for your new machine along with your license key and deactivation code, and we can send you your new activation code.
